The Supply Chain must deliver in every part. IKEA Components is aiming for an outstanding delivery performance in all dimensions. A long term goal is to have an Order request fulfillment of 99%.
IKEA has decided on a new strategy for Everyday Product Quality. The ambition is to heavily improve how IKEA customers experience our product quality. A change program called Everyday Product Quality program is therefore initiated.
IKEA Components has over the years improved the quality significantly and we are continuing the work of constantly improving quality. We have been seen as a good example within IKEA and this is a position we strive to maintain. We and our suppliers must have the customers in focus in everything we do!
